against dark background, verso addressed to a fan in an unknown hand.The letter, to “Dear

Mr. Lewis,” asking him to investigate a rental property for her use after Christmas. 3 pages,

8vo, personal stationery, written on a folded sheet; minor fading to signature. Both matted

together in a double-sided frame.
