Condition B+: repaired tears, creases, minor abrasions and overpainting in margins and image and along
vertical and horizontal folds; minor creases in image.
Jacquelin had a long career spanning many decades and many artistic styles. In the 1930s, he designed
Art Deco travel and transportation posters and by the 1940s, he was working primarily on movie
posters. During the 1950s and onwards, his graphic designs display a recognizable mid-century
modern style. Towards the end of his life he focused more on painting.
