Father Glandorff was a longtime Jesuit missionary among the Tamahumara of northwestern

México who died in 1763. Medina, México 4892; Palau 34589; Sabin 7446; Wagner,

Spanish Southwest 143 (“contains many examples of Father Glandorff’s marvelous experi-

ences”). None known at auction; Eberstadt offered a copy for $3,000 in 1963.
