Although this is one of the classic Art Deco French travel posters, the artist has remained virtually
anonymous. The design is as stylized and elegant as the scene it portrays in which rows of trees, seen
in perspective, form a large “V” that focuses the viewer’s attention on the spa’s casino in the distance.
Some copies exist with the blank space within the “V” filled in with text. Hillion p. 104, Zagrodzki 251.
