A
RARE
image for a one-day event honoring the culture and heritage of Czechoslovakia, held at the
Chicago World’s Fair in 1933. A very similar image was used on the cover of a book printed for the
Czechoslovak Pavilion, and we get the artist’s name from that publication. As a one-day event, far
fewer of these posters were printed than for other events that had a longer run during the Fair.
