Sarah McMillan is the Specialist for the Old Master Through Modern Prints and the 19th & 20th Century Art auctions for which she researches and catalogs prints, drawings and paintings. She also assesses material for consignment and oversees the catalog production and exhibition for each sale. She has worked at Swann since 2019 and has held the positions of Cataloguer and Specialist in the Prints and Drawings department.
She received her BA from Northwestern University in 2009 with a double major in Art History and Italian and her MA from the Courtauld Institute of Art in 2011 with a specialization in Print Culture in Early Modern Europe. She continued her studies at New York University's School of Professional Studies and earned a certificate in Appraisal Studies in Fine and Decorative Art.
