Meagan Gandolfo

Meagan Gandolfo is the Specialist for the American and Contemporary Art auctions. She reviews material for new consignments, researches and catalogues works of art, and contributes original writing and editing to catalogues. Meagan also contributes to the annual LGBTQ+ Art, Material Culture & History, Artists of the WPA, and Sub-Culture sales. She has worked at Swann since 2019 and has held the positions of Cataloguer and Specialist in the Prints and Drawings department.

 

Meagan received her BA from Adelphi University with a double major in Art History and International Studies with a focus on Political Science. She holds an MA from Christie's Education in the History of Art and the Art Market: Modern & Contemporary Art, as well as a certificate in Appraisal Studies in Fine and Decorative Art from New York University's School of Professional Studies.
