Putnam's Sons, 1964; first edition, octavo; text compiled by numerous contributors including Aldous Huxley, signed by Burroughs in black ink below his chapter, "Points of Distinction Between Sedative and Consciousness-Expanding Drug"; bound in publisher's red cloth-backed boards, spine lettered in gold; with unclipped jacket (jacket faded with a few stains and one or two closed tears at edges; embossed ownership stamp to preliminary blank; rubbed at extremities); 8 1/4 x 5 1/2 in.
2) Burroughs & Brion Gysin (1916-1986) The Third Mind, first American edition, octavo, signed by Burroughs in black ink on the half-title; with numerous black-and-white illustrations throughout; bound in black publisher's cloth-backed boards; with pictorial dust jacket, unclipped; 8 1/4 x 5 1/2 in.
3) "Schizo-Culture 1," New York: Semiotext(e), Vol. III, No. 2, 1978, quarto, signed by Burroughs in black ink below the title of his chapter "The Limits of Control"; other contributors include Michel Foucault, The Ramones, The Police, Richard Foreman, Ulrike Meinhof, and others; bound in printed pictorial wrappers; 10 x 6 3/4 in.
