The photographs feature drivers next to their modified or supermodifed stock cars, full driving teams posing with championship trophies, cars mid-race on dirt tracks, and vehicles suspended in air or in a collision on the track. The collection also markedly features Mecom Kalb Firestone Tires and the drivers and races the Mecom Kalb team supported. Ferrotyped silver (197) and chromogenic (7) prints, the images measuring 7½x9½ inches (19.1x24.1 cm.), the sheets slightly larger, and the reverse, most with a photographer's hand stamp and inventory number, on verso. 1970s
