Condition:
Bright, strong color. It is uncertain if the top area of sign, which has some wash and faint graphite lines, is an intended technique (to be a sun reflection) or if it is partially unfinished.
Registration marks and printer's notations in margins of recto along with some glue residue. Verso is blank with some random mild discoloration and remnants of old glue.
