Con L'Espositione di M. Bernardino Daniello da Lucca, sopra la sua Comedia dell'Inferno, del Purgatorio, & del Paradiso.

Quarto, *6, A-4Y4, (damage to 4F2-4F4, pages 595-600, with some loss to text) illustrated with three full-page engravings of the three levels of hell, and large woodcut printer's device to verso of last leaf, smaller device on title; bound in later half leather with marbled paper boards, 7 3/4 x 5 1/2 in.
This illustrated Dante is the only edition with the commentary of Bernardino Daniello (circa 1500-1565). Dante's original text is printed in italics at the center of each leaf surrounded by Daniello's work.
