These boxes were created for Rolston's exhibition at Wessel O'Connor, Ltd., New York in 1991. The show was a plea for safe sex—Rolston imitated the warehouse of a condom factory, including these boxes that he designed and fabricated himelf since at the time Trojan packaged its product in vacuum sealed plastic.
