Including images by Bruce of Los Angeles,

Milo of Los Angeles, Lon of NewYork, Doug

of Detroit, and others. Silver prints, the images

measuring 10x8 inches (25.4x20.3 cm.), and the

reverse, most with a model and photographer

notation, in pencil, in an unknown hand, on

verso; 2 with a Bruce of Los Angeles hand

stamp, on verso; and 2 with an O’Brien-Pyle

(AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY)

A large binder containing approximately 72 Kodak Aerographic aerial survey photographs,

including 4 multi-part panoramas, depicting many seemingly untouched areas along the

Virginia and West Virginia state line.

Possibly produced for coal mining purposes, the images depict multiple birds-eye views of winding

rivers, rolling hills, and small towns including a town identified as Bluefield (which borders the two

states), Princeton,WV, and Flat Top Lake,WV. Silver prints, the images measuring 10 inches (25.4

cm.) square, the largest panorama 10x33 inches (25.4x83.2 cm.), each with the date and various

instrument clusters in the negative, and an Aero Service Corporation, Philadelphia, PA hand stamp

on verso. Folio, black leatherette; with a 2-ring binding. 1959
