early impression of this scarce etching.

Eugène Delâtre (1864-1938), the dedicatee,

was both a printmaker and printer, who

pulled impressions of etchings by artists such

as Renoir,Cassatt,Toulouse-Lautrec, Steinlen

and, in the early 1900s, Picasso. Crauzat 110.
