“Negro” publications. It provides the rates per line etc. Not simply restricted to newspapers, the listings
include “special groups” like the National Baptist Convention. Everyone from the Amsterdam News
to the Wyandot Echo are cited, with special packages grouping several publications together. A very
good research tool.
