Hohenemser, written in the lower margin of a printed card acknowledging birthday
wishes in English. The note, in German: “Thanks for the congratulations and the charm-
ing pictures. ‘Hohenemser’ in English sounds so fantastic, yet it is real.” 1 page, oblong
