grapher, which includes vernacular images

of NewYork City.

Includes 3 prints of di Prima (whose autobiography

Memoirs of a Beatnik

was referred to as“unabashedly

erotic”), intimate homoerotic scenes, snapshots of

unidentified intellectual figures, witty pictures of

the East Village, and poetic images in a domestic
