With 106 professional photographs documenting filling stations throughout Kentucky, a few credited

to Jimenez, Maggard Studios, Ashland, KY; Burckhardt’s; and Knight Studio (identified with hand

stamps or in the negative). With wonderful views of local towns that include billboard signage,

vernacular architecture, and a variety of cool-looking cars. Silver prints, each measuring

in ink, on print recto, and most with the town and intersection, typed or in pencil, on mount verso.
