prints, each approximately 7x9 inches (17.8x22.9 cm.), or slightly smaller, and one the reverse, each
on the original two-toned mount with the photographers’ and Gardner’s credits, the caption, plate
number, and date printed on recto; most with the original printed text sheet laid in; also with two
additional plates on the Incidents of the War mount, also with the photographers’ and Gardner’s
credits. 1862-65; printed 1866
