Antoni Ferdynand Ossendowski was a Polish author, explorer, professor and politcal activist. This
poster announces the release of the German translation of his latest book, “Man and Mystery in Asia”
(originally published in 1923). Fuss, who is primarily known for the extensive body of work he created
for the Hamburg America Shipping Line in the 1930s and 40s, shows the full strength of his avant-
garde abilities here with this dynamic composition.
