Schlosser studied book design in Leipzig and
art in Cologne and Prague. During World War
II, he fled to England where he designed
propaganda posters for the British Ministry of
Information. Returning to Czechoslovakia
after the war, he worked as a graphic and
exhibition designer. He is best remembered for
the posters he designed for Czechoslovak
Airlines (CSA) in the post-war era.
