Dalí’s (1904-1989) four part composite lithograph Puzzle of Life , or Three Headed Hydra, is
derived from a smaller-sized single-page print in Les Vitraux, 24 femi del surrealismo.
According to Field, after this large, four part lithograph was printed, they were taken to
Dalí in Figueras, Spain, where he signed them in the town hall over the course of two days.
