Meiji 27 (1894) [800/1,200] Fine map of Tokyo with engraved vignettes including facial portraits of the Emperor and Empress Meiji. The portraits are engraved after photographs by Uchida Kuichi. together with : Albumen prints of Uchida’s full-length portraits of the rulers mounted to a paper scroll, circa 1880. Photographs measure 5 1 / 2 x3 3 / 4 inches each.
