Comprising 14 albums with “progress pictures” which document the 3-boat dock’s construction over a 13 month period, and an appraisal album with land surveying images, and views of the equipment needed for construction, along with approximate cost estimates. Silver prints, the images measuring approximately 8x10 inches (20.3x25.4 cm.), and the reverse, linen backed, each with the date in the negative, and some with the photographer’s hand stamp on verso.
