Ferrotyped silver prints, the images measuring 6x4 3 / 4 to 8 1 / 4 x7 3 / 4 inches (15.2x12.1 to 22.2x19.7 cm.), each with notations, in pencil, in an unknown hand, on verso. Circa 1930 [400/600] Kuehne was a Professor of Physics at the University of Texas, Austin, from 1909-1951. A pioneer, he researched the relationship between magnetism and electricity, and helped found the McDonald Observatory.
