Unique chromogenic print, the image measuring 38x29 inches (96.5x73.7 cm.), f lush mounted and inset into the original white wooden frame 39 1 / 2 x30 1 / 4 inches (100.3x76.8 cm.). 2003 [6,000/9,000] Acquired from Virginia Damstra, Rif lemaker Gallery, London; to a Private American Collector, circa 2004. Bucklow’s photogram was created by exposing photographic paper to sunlight via hundreds of tiny pinholes. The artist Matthew Barney is the creator of The Cremaster Cycle, a series of feature length films spanning from 1994-2002 that explore the process of creation. This image was one a series Bucklow produced entitled “Guest.”
