Ladd. [New York]: printed for private distribution, 1903 [1,000/1,500] first edition of a work which was frequently reissued. Reproductions of 32 cartoons of Lincoln, accompanied by Wilson’s commentary. None others traced at auction since Swann sold the Victor Hugo Paltsis copy, 12 October 1944, lot 449.
