[Berkeley, CA?], 1968 [250/350] Issued shortly before Huey Newton’s September 1968 manslaughter conviction, it urges resistance in free verse: “The charade is drawing to a close . . . a verdict of guilty would be nothing less than a decla- ration of war.” Features a drawing of the “Jack of Spades” brandishing a Molotov cocktail, signed by artist Leston Pick(?).
