Silver (11) and cibachrome (one) prints, 10 of the images measuring 9 1 / 2 x14 1 / 4 inches (23.5x36.2 cm.), one is 6x8 1 / 2 inches (16.5x21.6 cm.), and the cibachrome 9x12 inches (25.4x30.5 cm.), the sheets slightly larger, with Clergue’s signature, in ink, on recto, and his signature, title, the negative and print dates, edition notation 2/25, printer’s credit, and reference number, in ink, on verso; each print is individually matted. Folio-sized silk brocade clamshell box; with the title page, a fragment from a rare book entitled Parte Presa Nell-Eccellentiss [Taking Part in Excellence] , dated 1629; contents loose as issued. 1979; printed 1987 [7,000/10,000]
