With numerous stern-faced and finely dressed firemen lined up in front of a train and a bridge (with curious spectators on the bridge and behind the sitters). Hand-colored silver print, the image measuring 7 1 / 2 x48 inches (19.1x122 cm.), with the hand-colorist’s credit (E.S. Reeser), the location, and the date, in the negative; in the original frame. 1914 [600/900] 328 c   (HOUSTON POLICE DEPARTMENT) A large panoramic photograph showing over 200 members of the Houston Police Department, including 25 posing on motorcycles. Silver print, the image measuring 8 3 / 4 x58 3 / 4 inches (22.2x149.2 cm.), the sheet slightly larger, with the photographer’s credit, title, highly ranked police names and titles, and the date, in the negative, and with notations, in pencil, in an unknown hand, on verso. 1931 WITH— The National Boys and Girls Club Congress, Ninth Annual Visit as Guests of International Harvester Company - McCormick Works and Tractor Works. Photographed at the McCormick Reaper Manufactory, bearing the slogan “Quality is the foundation of our business!” quoted from the company’s president. Various employees can also be seen peering out of the building’s windows.
