Native American woman with a baby on her back. Orotone, the plate measuring 13 3 / 4 x10 5 / 8 inches (34.9x27 cm.), the period or original frame 19x16 inches (48.3x40.6 cm.), with Gibbs’ signature in the plate. Including views of people working at tea and coffee plantations, sorting Tapioca, harvesting Areca nuts, plus a primitive cantilever bridge, and a large Waringin tree. Albumen (8) and printing-out paper (one) prints, the images measuring approximately 10 1 / 2 x8 1 / 4 inches (26.7x21 cm.), and the reverse, cornered into mounts 11 3 / 4 x14 inches (29.8x35.6 cm.), more than half with captions in the negative and a G.R.
