The 20-page Gebete für Kinder includes birthday prayers for children; it appears with a separate title page and reads left to right, with the Israelitisches Gebetbuch starting on the other end and reading right to left. “Jastrow’s Haggadah . . . is the first printed in America that shows the influence of Reform. . . .The Hebrew component is reduced to a minimum and it incorporates many emendations”—Goldman 63.
