Usticke’s third state (of 5), with the address of Danckers lower margin;White and Boon’s

fourth state (of 5).A very good, dark impression of this large etching, with strong contrasts

and the details on the figural group centered around the cross distinct.

Issued by the Amsterdam publisher Julius Danckers around 1685, after he had acquired

the plate from Hendrick van Uylenburgh, the uncle of Saskia van Uylenburgh,
