regard to the use of slaves as laborers in the defense of Charleston Harbor.
Single large 4to sheet (wrapping paper?), folded to form four pages, written in a neat cur-
sive hand on two; with integral address and two blue Jefferson Davis 5 cent stamps; folded
again to form its own envelope for mailing.
