Includes French and Pierre Martin, Ken Mantel, Silento Rodriquez, Afai Anoi of Somoa, Terry and Jim Garvins, Vittorio Apollo, Billy Christian, and many others. Silver prints, the images measuring 10x8 inches (25.4x20.3 cm.), a few with Lil' Al's hand stamp and/or the printed credit on recto, and each with at least two different Lil' Al, Port Allen, Louisiana hand stamps, some with the date, and most with notations identifying the wrestlers, in ink, on verso. 1970s

According to his hand stamp, the photographer Lil' Al Vavasseur offered the "World's largest supplier of color photos of professional wrestlers." Based in Louisiana, he primarily covered the Southern wrestling circuit, photographing events throughout Georgia, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Oklahoma.
