A fascinating collection with 28 "living photographs," each with vast groups of humans arranged in formations depicting a particular slogan or emblem.
Including groupings of people, each organized into detailed configurations such as the American flag, the greeting "Hi Mom!"; and a profile portrait of President Woodrow Wilson. Silver prints on postcard paper, the images measuring approximately 3½x5 inches (8.9x12.7 cm.), many with captions in the negative, and some with captions, in pencil or ink, on verso, others postally unused. Circa 1910s-40s
