The group primarily includes staged portraits of the American pasttime's greatest ballplayers, including Mickey Mantle, Willie Mays, and Roberto Clemente; and group portraits of teams, including the Baltimore Orioles and the Washington Senators; and with the famous photograph by Nat Fein The Babe Bows Out, depicting Babe Ruth giving a farewell to baseball.
