A handmade presentation album with 34 photographs illustrating the various production stages, different locations at the plant, and the business premises of the Japan Hydrogen Industry Company.
With modernist views of pyrite roasters, ammonia sulphate storage, an acid cooler, and CO converters, as well as multiple images depicting men at work in the plant. Silver prints, the images measuring approximately 5½x4½ inches (14x11.4 cm.), and the reverse, mounted recto only, 2 per page, each with typed captions on rice paper, in Japanese and English, affixed on the opposite page.
