An illustrated advertising directory of Haiti "comprising the leading business houses and views of the republic," containing 63 richly printed cyanotypes depicting storefronts, building exteriors and interiors, and working companies. Cyanotypes, the images measuring approximately 6x8 inches (15.2x20.3 cm.), and slightly smaller, each with a beautifully typeset advertising caption on the opposite page displaying the company name, address, description of services, and so on. Oblong small 4to, black cloth-covered boards with a debossed title, lightly worn; the title page with the publisher's and printer's credits; housed in a custom clamshell case. 1895
