A morbid and intriguing group of approximately 95 salesman's sample photographs, depicting mausoleum interiors and exteriors, monuments, and headstones from the Raymond Granite Company.
Including views of ornamented and intricate cemetery structures, each sporting surnames of the deceased such as Smilie, Boardman, Ham, and Rich. Silver prints, each measuring approximately 8x10 inches (20.3x25.4 cm.), and the reverse, linen backed, many with the Raymond Granite Company or Waters Company Photographers hand stamps on verso, and some with inventory numbers in the negative.
