Comprised of many photographs of animals, performers, and models in costumes, advertising imagery, trial photographs, and British political figures, including Queen Elizabeth, Winston Churchill, and the Duke and Duchess of Windsor. Silver prints, most ferrotyped, the images ranging in size from 7¾x5½ to 10½x8½ inches (19.7x14 to 26.7x21.6 cm.), the sheets slightly larger; all with period retouching and hand painting, on recto, and most with typed press captions, handwritten notations, and various press agency hand stamps, on verso. 1920s-50s
