The document, transferring to Shorter, Tarver & Shorter a tract of land in Russell County, AL, belonging to Mar-fo-lo-te for $100 on April 17, 1834, with certifications on second and third pages. Jackson’s signature on the terminal page at lower edge. 4 pages, folio, written on a folded sheet; minor scattered soiling to terminal page, endorsements by subse- quent owners of the land written vertically on terminal page, horizontal folds.
