Moore, attesting to the claims of Lowell. Np, 23 January 1813 [350/500] “. . .Asa Lowel bears a Good Character as . . . [shown by] the Certificate of Judge Moore; and although the officers Billet is wanting yet it is unjust that the poor Citizen should suffer by the neglect of Col Fifield or others.The Ass’t D. Q.
