Autograph Musical Quotation dated and Signed, “P.Tschaikovsky,” 9 bars from the first movement of his Serenade for String Orchestra in C Major (Op. 48), notated on a pair of two-stave systems.With holograph tempo directive marked above first bar (“Allegretto” [Allegro moderato?]). 1 page, 8x9 1 / 2 inches, 8 staves printed on recto and verso; moderate scattered foxing, lower edge trimmed, faint uneven toning, horizontal fold, hinged at upper edge verso; matted with commemorative medallion and framed.
