The photographs were donated to the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy, NewYork, a non-profit
organization. Proceeds from the sale of this lot will support its programs.
The photographs were primarily taken in California (Venice, Beverly Hills, and Santa Monica), but
also include an image from NewYork City (1968,Winogrand: Figments from the RealWorld, 83), one
from Houston,Texas, and a third from Hutchinson, Kansas.
